Gobble, Gobble.

Quite a difference a year makes!

With Leila's second Thanksgiving in the books, it is on to the Christmas season! I'm so looking forward to it this year as Leila will surely appreciate it all more than last year. That's not hard I suppose, considering she wasn't even eating solid foods or sitting up on her own this time last year. She basically spent December sitting in her bouncy chair trying to eat her toes.

Anyhow, we had a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend, that started with our usual Hiyama family traditions of bowling (Leila and I sat that one out), hot dogs at Grandma's, and dinner at Wayne and Karen's house.

Leila had a blast playing with the fam...

Our attempt at a family photo

She is definitely her daddy's girl, enjoying rice with gravy the most out of all the Thanksgiving goodies...

The rest of the weekend, we just hung out at home and in the neighborhood...

Leila sure loves her Elmo

Reading time

Chillin' in her carseat

30 degrees and sunny...perfect weather for the park, right?
