Leaves, Pumpkins...and 80 degrees?

This past week has been full of all the things to love about Fall! And after a few "cold" days (50s), we've been enjoying summer-like temps which have made it even more enjoyable!

Who needs to ride out to an apple farm for picking when there are endless amounts dropping from our own apple tree! Leila and Matt spend hours keeping up with the mess...

We had an unexpectedly great time out at a pumpkin patch last weekend with some fellow parents/friends. I had no idea that pumpkin patches had so much to offer! Giraffes, pig races, camel rides, and more! It felt more like a circus than a place to pick out some $16 pumpkins.

Picking out her pumpkins...

Feeding giraffes!

Our trees are looking beautiful as all the leaves change colors, but man they create quite a mess to rake! Luckily, Leila loves manual labor and helped out...kind of.

Just looking cute on our way to school...

***Stay tuned for the first blog entry with Nathan Thomas! He arrived Friday, October 7th at 7:22 pm!
