The Twelve Days of Christmas.

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a visit from Grandma Shirley!



On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...time relaxing to some Sesame Street...


On the third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a shopping trip to the downtown Macy's...



On the fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a day enjoying sharks and fishys!



An exhausting day ends with Leila passing out...


On the fifth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...Fiii-iiive Degrees!!! Ba, dum, bum, bum.

Seriously, it has been SOOOO cold this week. And just in time for my mom's visit and a visit from my cousins too! We braved the cold and visited Chriskindelmart...


You know Leila must have been spent, because even in such freezing weather, she fell sound asleep...


I mean, she was really out.


On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a big day for my Dunk E. Dorey!

It was finally time for Leila to get her first haircut!!! We have a kids' salon across the street from our house and headed over on Saturday morning. She amazed us all and was such a big girl!

On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a big package for this little sweetie!


On the eighth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a trip to Zoolights (our first...and last, surely.)

It was absolutely frigid when we all trekked out to see the zoo lights and some animals sleeping. A. The lights weren't that exciting. B. I felt bad that we were disturbing the sleeping animals. and C. It was ridiculously crowded. The result: We vowed to never come back. The highlight for Leila was seeing Santa, but the line was too long to test whether she would sit on his lap.

On the ninth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a fun day relaxing with the Granier family...



On the tenth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a cutie laying with her teddy!


On the eleventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...a fun day baking our Christmas cookies!


On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...one cheesy Leila, one crazy cat, a lot of white clothes, and all in all, a truly great family!
